A quaint spot in Richmond, Boiling Hot Pot does AYCE hotpot for $35 per person, which doesn't include drinks/dessert. They have a good sauce bar, as well as an efficient iPad ordering method! Service is good, and the meats seem good quality.

Came with a group of 8 and made a reservation, and there was no time limit that day (I guess it wasn't super busy). No enoki mushrooms :( but selection of items was good! We got two pots with 4 flavor broth each.

I think for the almost $40 pp price point, drinks and dessert would've been nice to include. It cost $20 for another pitcher of beer that fed 4. I'd maybe come back, but you can get slightly cheaper AYCE (for example ipot) that includes more elsewhere.

Amazing hotpot restaurant. The meats, especially the premium beef, are excellent. I also like the variety of broths. Pricier than normal hotpot but worth it tbh

While there are so many good hot pot places in the Richmond to try, Boiling Hot Pot should definitely be at the top of your list. We showed up about 15 minutes before they opened on a Monday, and the staff was nice enough to seat us early. Everything was brought out quickly, and was very fresh. I liked that we were able to choose 5 broths, my favorites were the tomato and sweet and sour broth. Our favorite meat was the Wagyu, and it's great that it's included in AYCE. The sauce bar is amazing, it's so fun to create your own combinations. You place your order on a tablet at your table, and it was nice to be able to order whenever we wanted. All in all, our meal was amazing and I will be back!

Really delicious hot pot in a comfortable and clean setting. The meat is exceptionally fresh and well prepared. Lots of choices, as a good hot pot place should offer. The spicy broth tasted refreshing and the mushroom vegetable one provided lots of savory flavor. Order at your own pace through the tablet. I did not try the more eccentric traditional items but I am glad that fish tofu and quail eggs were offered. Overall, a really nice hot pot experience for new and experienced customers alike.

This is my favorite AYCE hot pot in the city! Both the quality and variety of the meats, veggies, mushrooms, fishballs, and other goods is honestly more than enough to always satisfy my hot pot cravings. The ordering system also makes it super easy to navigate as you just put in the order on an iPad at your table and they bring everything out to you in a matter of minutes. There's also a sauce bar with everything well labeled clearly and has a pretty good selection as well. You get to choose 4 soup bases which gives plenty of options for enough variety without it being too much to manage at the table. My personal favs include the tomato, spicy, miso, and sukiyaki! The only thing is that it can be a pretty pricey meal coming out to around $46 per person, but I've been back multiple times with various sized parties and it has always been an excellent experience for me! Would highly recommend!!

It's a little over $30 for AYCE per person, and I do have to say that I like the setup and service. It's easy to order because of their iPad system, but remember that you only have 90 minutes so punch in those meats. The wagyu beef and premium fatty cuts of pork and beef are the best value, but they have plenty of other things - shrimp, beef tendon, all sorts of meatballs, veggies, and a few drinks. We didn't do the AYCD, but I think that's still an option. The interior is a little small, so if you have a large group or if you get here at prime time, be prepared to put your name on the waitlist. Otherwise, the tables are clean, and your orders come out quickly. Also, for a spice wuss, I was still able to enjoy the spicy broth. It's more numbing than spicy. Enjoy!

Authentic Sichuan hot pot, many food options and did not give me any stomach issues even it is soooo spicy. I've tried all the hotpot around this area, this one is the best.
